Professional Standards and Service Estimates

Engagement with the Rise N Thrive digital platform constitutes an agreement to our professional standards of conduct and collaboration. Please be advised that rates provided via our Private Home Support portal serve as initial estimates; final service agreements are established following a formal Scope of Work assessment to ensure service precision.

Operational Integrity and Intellectual Property

We facilitate excellence through strategic partnership and reserve the right to decline or terminate service requests that compromise the safety of our Specialized Care Professionals or the integrity of our clinical frameworks. All brand narratives, strategic frameworks, “Success Partner” models, and resource materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rise N Thrive LLC.

Limitation of Liability

While Rise N Thrive LLC provides high-level administrative and operational support, the final clinical and legal responsibility for practice decisions remains with the client organization. Our role is to facilitate and support, not to replace the professional judgment of licensed practitioners.
