Childcare (daytime)
Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) at Rise N Thrive delivers coordinated, strengths-focused support for youth and families enrolled in OhioRISE. Provided in home, school, and community settings, IHBT is designed to promote stability, strengthen family relationships, and build long-term resilience. A coordinated care team works closely with each family to align services with individualized care plans, supporting behavioral, emotional, family, school, and community needs.
Children with significant behavioral health needs, including those identified through standardized assessments, are supported through an integrated approach focused on helping them function successfully in the least restrictive environment. Services are delivered according to authorized care plans and within approved service parameters. Supports are structured to promote safety, stability, and positive daily functioning across home, school, and community settings. All care is coordinated in alignment with OhioRISE guidelines and documentation standards to ensure quality, accountability, and continuity.
